This piece of history came into the workshop with an exhaust from a different iteration of the FW07 which meant we needed to fully reconstruct the exhausts to provide adequate clearance from body work and suspension components. ✅

Whilst also incorporating the original primary design that Williams implemented for this specific version of the FW07B to bring it back into its own era and to its full former glory!🏁

An incredibly vibrant defender we had in from @stagshaw for a in-house CAD designed removable 4 point rear cage and full 3” turbo back exhaust specced by the customer to give the TD5 a little more bark🔊

A Nissan Pulsar GTI-R rallycross car we had in for a full turbo back exhaust and some other trick bits to ensure durability for the upcoming season racing🏁

•Provided exhaust manifold was modified to optimise clearance for the new larger turbo ✅
•Turbo Brace fabricated and mounted to block and rocker cover using machined 304 SS fittings✅
•Full Turbo back exhaust system fabricated incorporating a recirculated external tial wastegate✅
•304 SS Alternator heatsheild fabricated✅
•Heavy duty thread inserts welded into front bash bar to locate the sump gaurd✅
•Sump gaurd modified to clear larger diameter down pipe✅
•Lastly but not least, a straight through replacement rear section for when the car is on track when noise limits are more relaxed!🏁

•All of the intercooler piping and intake piping was fabricated✅
•Turbo cold side housing modified and @turbosmarthq ALS 40 tapped into the intercooler piping✅
•Extra sensor bosses added to the coolant cross over pipe to feed the @syvecs_ltd ecu pressure data✅
•Throttle body flange modified to clear bonnet and manifold tidied up✅
•Turbo, intercooler, throttle body and all of the custom pipe work adapted to use @taarksaus quick release clamps to rule out boost leaks on race day! 🏁

Was a pleasure to have this car in the workshop and we hope to see it out in the paddock soon!
